Cooking time: 35 to 45 minutes

Ingredients
2 c. extra-long-grain white rice
2.5 c. water

Directions
In a deep saucepan, bring rice and water to a boil over high heat. Boil uncovered 2 to 3 minutes.

Cover pan and turn heat to low. Simmer rice 20 to 25 minutes, or until all water is absorbed.

Remove from heat. Cover and let rice steam for 10 minutes.

Fluff rice with a fork and serve hot.
