Ingredients
300g veal (tenderloin with skin)
2 sprigs of citronella grass, minced
To taste: garlic, ginger, roasted sesame seeds, Da Lat chili (green and red), oyster sauce, seasoning.

Preparation
Slice the veal across the grain, mix with slightly-crushed garlic and ginger, strips of chili, oyster sauce, sesame seeds, citronella and seasoning; set aside to marinate.

Heat the oil in a preheat pan; add the marinated veal and stir-fry until done.
