Ingredients
450g sticky rice flour
50g ordinary rice flour
250g brown sugar
Salt, scraped copra, roasted sesame seeds.

Preparation
Mix sticky and ordinary rice flour with some warm water and salt in a pot

Shape the rice paste into dumplings with brown sugar fillings

Boil the dumplings in water until cooked

Remove them from the pot to a bowl of cool, previously boiled water;

Transfer to a plate; scatter sesame seeds and scraped copra on top.
