Ingredients
500g giebel carp
100g sweet soya sauce
To taste: sugar, caramel sauce, salt.

Preparation
Clean the giebel carp and remove gills; wash and sprinkle with salt; set aside to drain; placing in pot.

Mix water with soya sauce, and strain; add caramel sauce and sugar; pour the mixture into the pot; cook, covered, until the giebel carp is well-done. Serve hot.
